The huge forward master cabin offers plenty of hanging space over two wardrobes and is the perfect place to unwind and get a good night’s rest.

You will find the Hanse 385 Havana at Clontarf, Sydney’s Middle Harbour.

Clontarf Marina is a recently redeveloped family marina, with plenty of available nearby parking and a fabulous cafe called The Sandy Bear. The views are idyllic making this the perfect place to have breakfast or grab a coffee before embarking on your day’s sailing.

The marina is located at Sandy Bay on the north eastern shore of Middle Harbour and (importantly) on the ocean side of The Spit Bridge. From this incredible location you can explore the best views of Sydney from the water, entertain friends and soak up the atmosphere of the iconic events the Harbour is famous for – the Sydney to Hobart yacht race start, New Years Eve fireworks and Australia Day harbour celebrations.

10% purchase price is $39,500 with a monthly fee of $625.

What you’ll enjoy as a SMART Boating owner:

Your monthly management fee includes:

Unlike other boat share arrangements, SMART Boating boat shares are an EQUITY purchase with a CAPITAL RETURN to you when the boat is sold at the end of the term.

This SMART Boating syndicate runs for five years, after which time the boat will be sold and all owners receive an equal share of the net sale price. If you want or need to exit the syndicate early, there is no penalty and we can even help facilitate the sale of your share.
