    The internal cabin is air conditioned, and you’ll love the quality finishes throughout. The well-equipped galley is perfect for you to cook up a delicious meal and the saloon table easily converts into an additional bed when required. The forward bedroom also features a bathroom with its own separate shower… something rarely seen in boats this size.

    The Integrity 340 is a new addition to our fleet based at the Empire Marina. This beautiful location provides owners living in Sydney’s upper North Shore with immediate access to some of the best local waterways.

    Less than an hour’s drive from the CBD and you arrive at the gateway to Sydney’s largest sheltered waterway – Broken Bay.

    From here you can cruise the safe, spectacular waters of Broken Bay, the Hawkesbury River, Pittwater and Cowan Waters and enjoy overnight anchorage in one of the many secluded bays around Bobbin Head.

    MOUYA lives in a berth – not a swing mooring. We regularly maintain and service the vessel so when you, your family and friends turn up, the covers are off and you’re ready to cruise.

    There’s no need to clean or hose your boat at the end of your trip either. Just disembark and head home. You can leave the rest to us!

    Sharing the cost of this magnificent yacht gives you an enviable lifestyle with huge value… at just a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new vessel.

    Your investment

    A 10% share is $59,500 and the monthly fee is $698.
    Your monthly management fee includes:

    • Professional management
    • Marina/mooring fees
    • Comprehensive insurance and annual registration
    • Scheduled servicing, cleaning and maintenance
    • Slipping, anti-fouling and hull polishing
    • Linen and laundry
    • Contingency fund for repairs and equipment replacement.

    The cost of diesel fuel used is extra and is charged based on engine hours used.

    The SMART purchase

    Unlike other boat share arrangements, SMART Boating boat shares are an EQUITY purchase with a CAPITAL RETURN when the boat is sold at the end of the term.

    This SMART Boating syndicate runs for five years, after which time the boat will be sold and all owners receive an equal share of the net sale price.

    If you want or need to exit the syndicate early there is no penalty and we can even help facilitate the sale of your share.
