    Classic, Compact, Comfortable

    The agile PB32 is an easy to handle motor yacht with a dramatic black hull, eye-catching profile and classic timber styling. The PB32 features the comfort, luxury and attention to detail typical of every Palm Beach model.

    BLACK PEARL has a roomy cockpit that comfortably seats six for a relaxed meal, an open bulkhead providing a seamless passage from the indoors to outdoors, high-gloss teak timber finishes in the interiors and a natural teak on deck, full-width boarding swim platform and teak-planked transom.

    For evenings on board there’s also accommodation for two and the dining table converts into a cozy double bed as well. Both are serviced with a spacious bathroom.

    Above all, the PB32 is a high performer with speed and agility. She is capable of 27 knots with her Yanmar 420 hp diesel and cruises comfortably and economically at 18-20 knots.

    An Australian legend

    Named for the idyllic peninsula of Sydney’s Northern Beaches where he grew up, Palm Beach was founded by professional yachtsman, Mark Richards. After years on the Grand Prix circuit, Mark designed his first boat in 1995 – and immediately sold four off the plan.

    Mark’s first design, the PB38, was a lightweight and efficient, high speed cruising motor yacht. The PB38 has since spawned nine models – and every one has been an evolution of its predecessor. Twenty-five years on, Mark is still involved in every aspect of the design and manufacture of Palm Beach boats. And he’s also a skilled and award-winning yachtsman.

    The PB32 is moored at Bayview Anchorage Marina, the original home of Smart Boating.

    Bayview is a state-of-the-art floating marina and your gateway to the stunning waterways of Pittwater and Broken Bay. It’s a beautiful cruise north towards Lion Island, you have Cowan Water and the Hawkesbury River to the west and Pittwater to the south.

    Soak up the atmosphere before or after your cruise too with our waterfront cafe and restaurant.

    Easy access everytime

    BLACK PEARL lives in a berth – not a swing mooring. We clean, maintain and service the vessel so when you, your family and friends turn up, the covers are off and you’re ready to cruise.

    There’s no need to clean or hose your boat at the end of your trip either. Just disembark and head home and we’ll do the rest.

    A smart arrangement

    Unlike other boat share arrangements, SMART Boating boat shares are an equity purchase, with a capital return when we sell the boat at the end of the term.

    This SMART Boating syndicate runs for three years, after which time we sell the boat and all owners receive a guaranteed amount of their original investment returned. If you want or need to exit the syndicate early there is no penalty – and we can even help facilitate the sale of your share.
