An entertainer’s dream

The feeling of being in control at the helm of the Riviera 4400SY is unbeatable. For a start, you have a clear, sweeping view. The moulded dash — reminiscent of a luxury European car — displays all the instruments and controls in the most considered fashion. Even those new to boating will find the Riviera 4400SY is a remarkably easy yacht to handle.

The 4400SY has a joystick at the helm, so a skipper, either solo or with a novice crew, is able to simply push and twist the joystick and the yacht will respond immediately, pivoting in place or tracking sideways into even the tightest berth.

Above deck you have an entertainer’s dream, with a design that incorporates the aft of the saloon and the cockpit with one another. The 4400SY is an extremely social and friendly motor yacht, perfect for family day trips or supremely comfortable as an overnighter. There is a large recreational area out back with an enormous swim platform with a tender on snap davits, outboard and, of course, a BBQ.

Enjoy a special on-water experience

Below decks you’ll find a full beam aft guest stateroom that easily accommodates a single berth and queen bed, with ample wardrobe space. The master suite is luxuriously comfortable, featuring a queen island bed with innerspring mattress, cedar lined lockers and plenty of ventilation.

As expected, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a separate shower stall. The 4400SY is equipped with a huge electric sunroof, a fabulous feature giving you the ability to open up the boat and allow the afternoon sun in and the breeze to flow through, making your on-water experience even more special.

If it starts to cool down, simply switch on the air-conditioning to ensure the boat’s saloon and bedrooms are comfortably warm.

10% share is $69,500 and the monthly fee is $753 + fuel used

Unlike other boat share arrangements, SMART Boating boat shares are an EQUITY purchase with a CAPITAL RETURN to you when the boat is sold at the end of the term.

This SMART Boating syndicate runs for five years, after which time the boat will be sold and all owners receive an equal share of the net sale price. If you want or need to exit the syndicate early there is no penalty and we can even help facilitate the sale of your share.
